A crisp, clean new paint finish

There are many reasons why you might want or need to paint your boat, even if it’s GRP.

There are many examples of 40 plus year old fibreglass cruisers out there that still sport their original gel finishes, but as time marches on, even gel can’t be properly maintained and the only low-cost solution is to paint.

Equally, there are some 10 year old gel coated boats that are nearing the end of their unpainted life, often due to poor initial construction where the gel hasn’t been applied evenly and has been worn or polished off over the years to reveal unpleasant patterns beneath.

Kingfisher can carry out a full repaint of any vessel regardless of its construction. Our out-of-the-water facilities allow us to do this at any time of year, offering different levels of finish using different paint types from different manufacturers. You specify the finish quality you require and leave the rest to us.
